RESEARCH INTERESTS | I seek to involve students in authentic research experiences and have helped develop and lead several participatory science projects through the Ecological Research as Education Network (EREN). These EREN projects – focused on vernal pool phenology and freshwater turtle sex ratios – are designed to be integrated into undergraduate curricula. I also co-lead the UNH SPARCnet site (terrestrial salamander population monitoring with undergrads). |
