RESEARCH INTERESTSI seek to involve students in authentic research experiences and have helped develop and lead several participatory science projects through the Ecological Research as Education Network (EREN). These EREN projects – focused on vernal pool phenology and freshwater turtle sex ratios – are designed to be integrated into undergraduate curricula. I also co-lead the UNH SPARCnet site (terrestrial salamander population monitoring with undergrads).
